The room on the top floor is beautifully decorated and exudes a romantic atmosphere. It is clean, cozy, and perfect for couples. the receptionist is incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location is ideal, with the train station just a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient to visit nearby Florence. the town itself is delightful, boasting charming streets and a fantastic pizza restaurant nearby, where you can enjoy affordable and delicious pizzas on Mondays for just 3 euros.
The hotel's lack of an elevator means guests have to carry their bags up three flights of stairs.

The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. the location was great, as it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the hotel offered tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
The room was too small for two people, and the walls were too thin, as we could hear other guests going up and down the stairs and talking in the next room. it was a bit of a disappointing experience, as we were hoping for a relaxing city break.

Spent Xmas in a cozy and romantic room that was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was especially comfy and the shower amazing. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a train station a short walk away. The tea and coffee offered in the room were a nice touch and made the experience even better.
The room was quite small and the walls were thin, so we could hear noises from nearby rooms and the stairs. Carrying our bags up three flights of stairs was also a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, creating a romantic atmosphere. The receptionist was kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel provided tea and coffee, and the shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was also spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with the train station just a 15-minute walk away. This made it easy for us to visit nearby Florence and explore the charming town with its great pizza restaurant which offered affordable pizzas on Monday nights for only 3 euros.
Everything is what we need and want.
